Attorney Michele Whitfield obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. As an undergraduate student, she studied Political Science and International Affairs and later obtained a Master’s degree in International Affairs at Florida State University. Throughout her career as a professional, Michele has facilitated educational workshops on AIDS in South Africa, was successful in organizing campaign rallies for a U.S. Senator in South Dakota and a presidential candidate in Reno, Nevada. Michele’s passion is to be the source of help for the people in her community that are in need. With fervency and tenacity, Michele brings her diverse experiences to her current practice as an attorney to fight and bring justice to those who are in need.
Michele has gained valuable experience as an Assistant Public Defender for the Office of the Public Defender in the 6th and 13th Circuits where she represented clients in jury and bench trails, violation of probation hearings and motion hearing on felony and misdemeanor levels.
After graduating from law school, Michele and her husband relocated to her hometown in the Tampa Bay area. In her spare time, Michele enjoys reading, working out, dog rescuing and volunteering for organizations such as Pasco County Teen Court and Lawyers for Literacy.
