Kara L. Stachel, the principal in Stachel Law Planning, PLLC, is admitted to the Florida Bar and the New Jersey Bar, and is a member of the American Bar Association, Broward County Young Lawyers Association, Commercial Real Estate Women Network, and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Throughout her education, Ms. Stachel poised herself to enter the professional legal community as her clients’ biggest advocate. After graduating from Duquesne University, McAnulty College and Graduate School of Liberal Arts in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a major in Political Science and minor in Business Administration, Ms. Stachel worked as a paralegal and focused on debt collection and estate planning. A Pennsylvania native, Ms. Stachel, always knew that Florida would become her eventual home. Realizing her passion for estate planning and real property law during that period, Ms. Stachel decided the time was right to relocate to Florida to attend law school. Ms. Stachel attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where she was a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Society, Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, American Bar Association Law Student Division, and Broward County Young Lawyers Association. Since graduating Nova Southeastern and becoming a licensed member of the Florida Bar, Ms. Stachel has worked as a Managing Title Attorney and Supervising Title Attorney, working through all aspects of real estate-related matters, while simultaneously overseeing the day-to-day activities of her in-office staff.
