For more than twenty-five years, Ms. Lanshe has handled cases throughout Florida. Ms. Lanshe received her B.S. from Nova Southeastern University and her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law. She litigates primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, foreclosure, home ownership, real estate and landlord-tenant matters. Ms. Lanshe represents clients in construction litigation, family law, cases involving mobile home parks, estate planning matters and she also represents clients who have controversies with the IRS. In sum, she handles most civil litigation cases. Ms. Lanshe is a frequent speaker at various seminars involving a variety of topics including: landlord tenant obligations, predatory lending, ethics and bankruptcy law. Ms. Lanshe served as host of a radio show Litigation with Lanshe which aired each week on WIOD.
