Judith Delus is a West-Indian American Attorney who grew up in West Palm Beach, Florida. Ms. Delus has always had a desire to protect everyday citizens and ensure that they are aware of their legal rights. Ms. Delus obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science and Education from The Florida State University. Ms. Delus then attended the Thomas M. Cooley Law School on partial academic scholarship. Ms. Delus completed her law school externship at the 13thJudicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Tampa, Florida. She then went on to work as a prosecutor for the 15th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office in West Palm Beach, Florida. Ms. Delus relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, after accepting an offer with the Georgia Department of Labor where she served as an Administrative Law Judge. Ms. Delus now practices in the areas of Family Law, Immigration, Criminal/Traffic, and Landlord/Tenant Law. Attorney Delus is a 2016 Inductee into the Georgia Bar Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy. Attorney Delus has been chosen by the National Black Lawyers as a Top 40 Under 40 Lawyer for 2016. Attorney Delus is very active in the Atlanta Metro Area and dedicates her spare time to charities that help and promote children rights, elders rights, and animal rights.
